My True North in Northern Chile

Posted on Nov 1, 2015 by in featured, Portfolio | 3 comments

‘True north’ is a phrase that’s often used to define a person who has clarity and direction in his or her life. Finding my true north has been an extraordinary journey into my own personal desert to find my own personal oasis. The North of Chile and the desert of the Atacama offers this opportunity – wide open spaces, powerful rock formations, the raw salt of the earth, vistas and the never ending skies – here you can look deeply into your soul, remembering why it’s necessary to turn your back away from the nonsense stories we tell ourselves. Only then can we move forward to create our new and more authentic identity. This place is beautiful and I am grateful for the chance I had to immerse myself there. These are some of my favourite pics from Northern Chile.

    • It’s always a delight when people share their support of my pics Jack – I appreciate your comments. I’m further inspired to take the camera to the streets and get shooting again.

  2. Amazing pictures. Congratulations!
